Couples THERAPY Rates

60 min Couples Therapy Session 190

90 min Extended Couples Session 280

*I am unable to bill insurance directly for couples sessions. Insurance companies require “medical necessity” and an identified client with a diagnosed mental health condition considered to be the focus of the relationship issues. Relationship counseling with Sweet Orange focuses on the relationship dynamics, patterns and cycles versus identifying one person as a “problem.” Our goal is to build compassion and understanding, deepen connection and vulnerability and build capacity for new relationship and positive interactive patterns.

*All clients will receive super bills (monthly receipt for service) for those who choose to pursue FSA or out-of-network reimbursement. Medical FSA and major credit cards accepted.

Insurance

I am contracted with Alma and Headway insurance billing platforms as an in-network provider for individual therapy sessions of 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions for the following plans:

Aetna

United Healthcare (Optum, UMR, EAP, Oscar, Oxford)

BCBS of Massachusetts (does not include other BCBS plans)

Quest Behavioral Health

**Insurance providers require a documented mental health diagnosis and proof of medical necessity to bill. We can discuss this further if you hope to access your insurance for individual sessions.

All payments required at the time of service
